Princess Lodge design is modern and spacious with a lot of natural light. It is a Registered Home for Older People with Nursing and Dementia Care Needs.

Nursing Care for frail older people & those with dementia

Experienced registered nurses and care assistants, selected for their skills, operate a 24 hour service, delivering quality care to suit individual nursing care needs. An experienced Manager supervises the day to day running of the home and ensures that the care delivered encompasses social, physical, psychological and environmental needs.

	Accommodation
	• Modern design, spacious with natural light, which makes it comfortable and relaxing. • Lifts provide access to all floors. • Each single bedroom is en-suite and has a television point and the facility for a telephone point to be installed at the residents expense. Residents may personalise their bedrooms with their own possessions such as a piece of furniture or ornaments. • There are lounges, dining rooms, an activity room where friends can join you, and a multisensory snoezelen room for relaxation. • There is also a secure garden with circular walks that can be used when you wish.

	Meals
	Wholesome, home cooked food will be provided in a relaxed atmosphere at times convenient to you. All diets can be catered for and your needs individually discussed.

	Individual Care
	• Residents needs will be assessed by a nurse. • Realistic plans of care will be put into place to give you the assistance and support needed. • Access to specialist services are available. Services will be appropriate to gender, age related and meet the needs of people from different backgrounds. • Equipment, like special beds, hoists and baths help you receive care in a safe, comfortable and dignified manner.

	Facilities
	• All bathrooms and shower rooms have disabled access. • Our hair salon has all the latest facilities and the hairdresser is available two days per week.
