Ashley Gardens is a modern purpose built Nursing Home, tastefully decorated, providing a warm friendly environment for its residents. It is registered with the Commission for Social Care Inspection for younger people with physical disabilities.

Ashley Gardens is accessible by major road routes and public transport. Nearby are a range of community shops with Maidstone town centre only ten minutes away. You are welcome to visit or call at any time for viewing or advice.

Nursing Care for Younger People

	The Invicta Suite offers accommodation for 10 physically disabled residents requiring support and enablement. Typically our residents circumstances are those in which they have suffered accidents or have medical conditions resulting in their being wheelchair dependant or otherwise disabled. The building provides for wheelchair access throughout.	All our homes are quality assured through ISO 9001:2000

Individual Care

Each resident will be encouraged to develop with their Key Worker a Care Plan that identifies their individual care requirements and life plan goals. The Key Worker will then be able to support the resident in taking up therapeutic, recreational and educational activities within the centre and in the surrounding community.

	Furnishings
	The Home has been tastefully decorated and furnished. We encourage you to make your room 'home' by bringing in your own personal possessions posters etc. There are a range of bedrooms, all have the facility for the provision of a ceiling mounted hoist if required. All rooms provide individual en-suite shower, toilet and washing facilities.

	Facilities
	• A 'Multi Sensory Room' and a room for therapies, is available for the use of all residents. • Hairdressing facilities - either in the pleasant salon, or in your room. • Separate gardens are available for residents enjoyment and are easily accessible for wheelchairs. • An activities co-ordinator organises a lively social programme in accordance with residents stated preferences. • The kitchenette offers independence for snacks at any time.

Hospitality

Visitors are welcome at any time, to our "home from home". Meals can be taken in one of the dining rooms or in the privacy of their own room. Laundry services are provided by our housekeeping team.
